Custom Printed Stickers: Paper, Vinyl and Cutting

Custom stickers can be produced on paper, plastic films and other materials. The right choice depends on the product, application surface and expected service life.

Permanent or removable adhesive?

Adhesives have different characteristics. A product described as removable does not guarantee residue-free removal from every surface. Surface type, cleanliness, temperature and application time can all affect the result.

Sticker sizes and shapes

Stickers may use rectangular, circular or custom die-cut shapes. The cutting contour must be prepared according to the supplier’s artwork template, with sufficient spacing between the cut line and essential content.

Outdoor resistance

Performance depends on the face material, ink, adhesive, finish and exposure. Water resistance should not be confused with unlimited outdoor durability. Sunlight, temperature changes, abrasion and the condition of the application surface also matter.

How to prepare the artwork

Define the finished dimensions, bleed and safe margin. Keep the logo as vector artwork when possible, and check photographs, small text, barcodes and QR codes at actual size.
